Job Description


: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, addressing grievances, and providing counseling and support to employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparing employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations, advising management on compliance and best practices.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR roles preferred, but candidates with relevant qualifications or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
