Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and compensation & benefits.
Handle employee grievances and maintain employee morale and satisfaction through communication and feedback, providing coaching to business leaders to address employees\xe2\x80\x99 issues.
Working with different business units to review manpower plans and determine appropriate recruitment strategies and schedules.
End-to-end recruitment and selection based on business units\xe2\x80\x99 requirement.
Conduct salary benchmarking exercise and recommend salary levels and benefits that are aligned with changes according to the market conditions.
Ensure all packages and benefits are legal and maintain close contact and keep abreast on market trends, compensation and benefits best practices.
Prepare and propose annual performance review, annual increment, and performance bonus exercises.
Prepare annual budget.
Collaborate with business units to develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling full spectrum of human resource function.
Ability to analyze, develop and keep up to date on HR policies.
Independent, takes initiatives and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with different level of stakeholders.
