Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and compensation & benefits.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain employee morale and satisfaction through communication and feedback, providing coaching to business leaders to address employees\xe2\x80\x99 issues.
• Working with different business units to review manpower plans and determine appropriate recruitment strategies and schedules.
• End-to-end recruitment and selection based on business units\xe2\x80\x99 requirement.
• Conduct salary benchmarking exercise and recommend salary levels and benefits that are aligned with changes according to the market conditions.
• Ensure all packages and benefits are legal and maintain close contact and keep abreast on market trends, compensation and benefits best practices.
• Prepare and propose annual performance review, annual increment, and performance bonus exercises.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Collaborate with business units to develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling full spectrum of human resource function.
• Ability to analyze, develop and keep up to date on HR policies.
• Independent, takes initiatives and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with different level of stakeholders.
