Draft and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company\'s overall objectives
Sourcing and Shortlisting of candidates
On Boarding: Conduct orientation, employee handbook, company rules & culture and registration
HRIS system Administrator
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure company compliance
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
Manage day-to-day office upkeep, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 years of experience in an HR role
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Experienced with Info-Tech HRIS will be added bonus
