Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.15pm (good work-life balance!)
Work Location: Tuas Crescent (company transport available @ Marsiling and Jurong East)Responsibilities:

• HR admin such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
• Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing
• Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
• Support and manage in company\'s events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration and others
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate data, reports and office administration
• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
• Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
• Administration on Foreign workers work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min Diploma in HRM/ Administration/ Business Studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiar with Employment Act, HRIS
