Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Sheet Metal FabricationPosition Title: HR ExecutiveWorking Location: HougangWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.45pmSalary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus (At least 1 month)Duration: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesHandle payroll processes, including CPF submission, self-contribution, and SDL.Manage income tax submissions (IR8A & IR21).Oversee application and renewal of work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permits), Core Trade & Safety courses, and company insurance.Manpower management: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing and explaining recruitment appointment letters, coordinating onboarding, arranging training, liaising with candidates' superiors, conducting exit interviews, and managing offboarding.APPLY NOW!!Minimum GCE O level with at least 1 year of related working experience.Able to start work immediately or in short notice.
