Duties And Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing, reviewing and implementing HR Policies and Procedure. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees\' records. \xc2\xb7 Monitor timesheets submission, attendance and leave filing. \xc2\xb7 Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation. \xc2\xb7 Administer work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and other related matters. \xc2\xb7 Manage government claim such as NS, childcare, maternity claim, levy waiver etc. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters and survey. \xc2\xb7 Advice employees on HR internal processes, policies & legal regulations, personnel issue, including compensation and benefits and policy explanation, letter preparation \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain employer-employee relations through building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communications \xc2\xb7 Attend to employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Handle grievances, disciplinary and/or counselling when required and provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary action. \xc2\xb7 Provide advisory role to HR team in the Philippines and Vietnam offices. \xc2\xb7 Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent.
