HR Executive

Manage full-cycle recruitment: advertise on job portals, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and onboard new staff Process monthly payroll (salary + commissions) and maintain up-to-date employee records Maintain our payroll / HRIS system; update data, generate reports, and ensure data integrity Liaise with government agencies on HR matters (e.g., work passes, regulatory filings) Provide HR administrative support (contracts, leave, claims, employee queries) Assist with HR initiatives, such as performance review cycles and staff engagement

Who You Are

:

You have ~1-3 years of HR or payroll experience, preferably in a dynamic, people-focused environment Detail-oriented, reliable, and very good with numbers Experienced with payroll software or HRIS systems Knowledgeable about Singapore's employment regulations (CPF, MOM) Strong communicator - personable and professional Self-starter, pro-active, and able to juggle multiple tasks
