Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interviews and onboarding for both local and foreign hires. Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass). Process monthly payroll using HRMS, including CPF/SDL filings, IR8A and IR21 submissions, and handle statutory claims such as NSmen make-up pay, maternity/paternity benefits, and other reimbursements. Monitor and manage quotas, pass expiry dates, insurance, housing compliance, and levy payments. Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals, goal-setting, and improvement plans. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and administer SkillsFuture/SDF claims. Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and digital documentation. Liaise with relevant government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) and external vendors supporting HR operations and compliance.?

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to SME environments. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, foreign worker regulations, and manpower frameworks (e.g., SkillsFuture, SDF, Progressive Wage Model). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with HRMS systems is advantageous (knowledge of InfoTech is a plus). Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.?

Up to SGD 3,000 + VB
