Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR Executive (Strategic Planning):
Job Responsibilities

Participate in HR digital transformation projects and collaborate with both internal departments and external partners.
Understand reporting and analytics needs from various business units.
Recommend suitable data mining tools and analytical methods to generate actionable insights for HR and workforce planning.

Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Assist in formulating action plans based on data-driven insights to enhance HR and business performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management.

Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic IT programming knowledge is advantageous.
Training is provided.

Additional Information:

Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
Working Location: Yishun
Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
