Job Description



Responsiblities


  • Perform full cycle recruitment activities

    • Liaise and co-ordinate with internal customers for hiring needs

    • Manage and post job advertisement

    • Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers

    • Prepare offer letters for new hires, re-employment contracts, contract renewals

    • Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires

    • Order uniform & safety shoes for new hires

    • Apply and cancel work pass for foreign workers

    • Prepare induction pack for new hires

    • Conduct orientation for new hires

    • Conduct exit interviews

    • Maintain accurate new hire records in HR system

    • Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports

    • Organise and Participate in external job fairs e.g. MINDEF, e2i

    • Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students

  • Manage internal transfers

  • Attend to staff queries

  • Check and verify invoices for services engaged



Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree with min. 2 years' experience in talent acquisition

  • Strong communication skills and able to make sound decisions independently

  • Meticulous, organized and a team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Willing to work in Changi
