We are best known for our innovative future-ready curriculum, passionate educators, and delivery of quality education which shapes the minds of children around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to develop and execute recruiting plans
• Network and liaise with various recruitment channels
• Coordinate and implement recruitment initiatives with educational institutes
• Recruitment and interview plan for each open position
• Regular follow up with various stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Research and recommend sources for active and passive candidates recruiting
• Review candidates and evaluate if they meet requirements
• Assist in the issuance of rejection letters
• Assist in the preparation and sending of offer packages
• Any other ad-ho duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• General knowledge of the Employment Act
• Experience in recruiting talent
• Good interpersonal skills and team player
• Able to work independently and travel for career fairs
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Effective oral and written communication
