Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities in collaboration with stakeholders, trainers, and participants
Assist in the preparation, facilitation, and delivery of various training programs
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and develop effective training solutions
Provide support in the performance management and appraisal processes
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and external stakeholders at all levels

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
