Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Preparation, facilitating, coordination and/ or conducting of various company training programs (ie. Orientation, OJT, in-house training program, vendor training, etc)

\xc2\xb7 Develop and / or improve training materials to facilitate training while ensuring consistency, service quality

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements

\xc2\xb7 Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement

\xc2\xb7 Plan the annual training program by identify training needs by leading and performing Training Needs Analysis

\xc2\xb7 Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits

\xc2\xb7 Maintain library of training resources and aids

\xc2\xb7 Support performance management and appraisal

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous

\xc2\xb7 Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guideline
