Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including various monthly reports
Verify expenses, Overtime (OT) applications and other allowances paid via payroll
Ensure proper documentation and timely and accurate submissions / preparation of payroll, CPF, income tax for respective statutory filing within the stipulated deadlines
Ensure timely submission of government paid leave applications such as Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Childcare leave etc, including waiver for Foreign Worker Levy (FWL)
Responsible for employee performance management such as Confirmation, Annual Appraisal, PIP etc
Leading Employee Welfare programs
Monitoring & assist in Work Pass related matters if required
Assist in Onboarding & Offboarding process, if required
Take charge of the Company Training and Development by conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify current and future learning needs to meet business requirements and develop training matrix for implementation across the Department.
Provide end-to-end operational support for all L&D initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programmes, coordinating programmes, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, programme evaluation etc
