Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Process bi-monthly payroll
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for Finance Department
  • Liaise with Operations on recruitment and deployment matters
  • Check staff attendance records
  • Track work pass and contract expiry dates
  • Handle work pass transactions online
  • Coordinate work-pass medical examinations and processing/collection of work passes
  • Submit statutory claims online (e.g., government-paid maternity leave/childcare leave claims and NS claims)
  • Track and generate performance appraisal forms (for annual/confirmation/promotion appraisals)
  • Handle air tickets arrangements
  • Respond to staff inquiries
  • Generate Internal Purchase Requisition (IPR) / Capital Expenditure Forms
  • Supervise HR Assistants
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements :
  • Min. diploma in Business Management / HRM
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll software
