Position Tittle : HR Executive
Company Background: Manufacturer of Metal Stamping and Moulding Products
Working Hour: 8am - 6pm
Working Day: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Working Location : Gelang Patah
Salary Range: RM2800 - RM3200
Benefits: Increment after confirmation (upon employee\'s own performance), 2 hours of time off per month, Bonus (upon company\'s performance), Annual Increment (upon company\'s performance), Annual Leave, Sick Leave, KWSP, SOCSO
Responsibility
- Renew relevant permits of foreign workers
- Maintain employee records (attendance, absent etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Manage employee disciplinary matters and take necessary disciplinary action.
- Provide professional advices on HR related matters
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Perform general HR duties
- Report to superior
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Must have basic knowledge of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
