Reporting to the Head of Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Payroll, HR Operation and Data Analyst. The successful application will be given the opportunity to work within an established organization.

Our client is located at the West, a Manufacturing firm.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full spectrum of Payroll
• Handle HR duties including onboarding, staff passes, work permit management, disciplinary actions, contract renewals, and employee exits.
• Address inquiries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Ensure payroll policies comply with government regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, support SOX and statutory audits.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR systems and processes.
• Provide assistance with HR operations administration tasks.
• Develop and conduct surveys for employees to collect and analyze data.

Experience Requirements :

• At least a Diploma in related fields
• Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in handling the payroll function
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
• Prior experience in using Workday is a strong advantage
