My client in the west is looking for the above candidate from MNC background with payroll experience
Job Responsibilities:
Handles day to day HR functions including administering employee welfare/benefits programs, insurances and corporate privileges
Handles In-house Payroll Processing
Co-ordinate Expatriate Services matters
Administering Company Car matters
Maintains proper record of expat home leave, expat housing lease, filing etc
Attending to employees' queries
Any other ad hoc HR administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Certification or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management
With 2 years' experience in handling payroll & human resource admin
Preferably with MNC exposure
Sound knowledge of statutory guidelines, employment regulations and workmen injury compensation
Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge and competence in MS office
Good communicational skills both spoken and written
People oriented, responsible and good team player and is able to work well & interact with people at all levels
