Job Description
My client in the west is looking for the above candidate from MNC background with payroll experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Handles day to day HR functions including administering employee welfare/benefits programs, insurances and corporate privileges
- Handles In-house Payroll Processing
- Co-ordinate Expatriate Services matters
- Administering Company Car matters
- Maintains proper record of expat home leave, expat housing lease, filing etc
- Attending to employees' queries
- Any other ad hoc HR administrative duties as assigned
- Certification or Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management
- With 2 years' experience in handling payroll & human resource admin
- Preferably with MNC exposure
- Sound knowledge of statutory guidelines, employment regulations and workmen injury compensation
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge and competence in MS office
- Good communicational skills both spoken and written
- People oriented, responsible and good team player and is able to work well & interact with people at all levels
