Administer full spectrum of HR processes and procedures including hiring and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagements
Handle payroll and claims with administrative support and maintain employee records and databases.
Evaluate the Companys procedures and associate with related industries and suggest changes to procedures and policies.
Engage in HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
Provide HR administration tasks such as work permit application, renewal, and cancellation, orientation for new recruits and leave and tax clearance and insurance management
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of HR Functions experience.
Knowledge in HR policies and insurance management for WMC/H&S.
