Job Description

Location: Genting LaneWorking Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)s:Work closely with overseas business units in delivering HR operational services.Engage actively with various stakeholders, such as business leaders, line managers and employees.Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, including various monthly reports for local and overseas.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.Compliance with HR policies and procedures with all local audits & statutory.Support for HR full spectrum function and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/ HR issues in a timely manner.Assist in employee welfare programs planning and execution.Any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.Requirements:Degree in HRM or other relevant qualificationAt least 3 year(s) working experience in related field.Experience with manufacturing will be an advantage.By submitting your personal data and/or resume, you give consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data and/or resume by the company (or its agent) for the purpose of the processing and administration by the company relating to this job application.**We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.Shirley Pamela Awah
