Job Description
Position: HR Officer/Executive
Location: Pioneer (Company Transport provided pick up at Boon Lay MRT)
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Gas
Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment and job posting through CareersFuture and Jobstreet
Liaise with Agent and filter applications
Assist in driving lesson booking, driving practical and test for workers
Work Pass application
Course enrolment for staffs
Mid-month and Month-end payroll process CPF calculation and submission
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Diploma in any field
At least 2 years of relevant experience required
