HR & Finance Senior Manager (Non-Profit)Job Summary:Company Background: Non-Profit OrganizationLocation: CentralWorking days: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am-1pm)Salary Range: up to $6000 (Depend on experience) + AWSJob Responsibilities:

• Set and oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Operations policies of the organization.
• Ensure efficient execution of processes across departments.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies, total rewards strategies, and other HR strategies.
• Develop the annual budget and optimize expenses for the organization.
• Develop and ensure secure IT processes in alignment with industry standards.
• Ensure that organizational policies and processes adhere to local authorities\' standards.
• Manage and supervise the corporate team, providing leadership and support in day-to-day activities.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on corporate services, operations, and strategic management.
• In-depth understanding of HR, Finance, IT, and Operations policies and practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities, demonstrated through successful development and implementation of talent management and total rewards strategies.
• Experience in budget development, expense optimization, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
