Job Description

The HR Generalist shall provide general support to the daily operations of human resources department such as administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs. She shall be tasked in handling recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, labor compliance, admin support and other HR related tasks among others.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist (handling recruitment, payroll, benefits, training & development and employee relations) Must have experience in handling Employee Discipline, Labor and Compliance. And thorough knowledge and exposure in handling timekeeping and payroll. Know how to Handling & Managing Employees. Willing to be assigned in Bacoor Boulevard, Cavite.
