Job Description
Must be a graduate of BSBA Accountancy, Psychology or its equivalent
Excellent organizational, general math, data entry and Advance Microsoft Office skills. Must be proficient in Excel (VLookup and Pivot functions)
With experience in using HRIS, Payroll preparation, Leave management
With experience in compensation and benefits;Must have experience in the following: Agency payroll, Govt. Contributions (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth), Time Keeping, VL/SL Management
Experience in Recruitment is a plus.
Can handle pressure and deadlines
Can multi-task
Must be keen on details and ability to make clean reports
