DESIGNATION : HR Generalist / Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job purpose: You will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources process which includes recruitment, coordinating performance appraisal, facilitates training & development, benefits administration, and preparing monthly payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for recruitment which includes developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Handle all employee-related services including preparation of employment contracts, promotion/increment/bonus letters, staff confirmation and government survey reports etc.
  • Update and maintain all HR databases and files including personnel records, payroll records and talent pool etc. in a timely and organized manner.
  • Preparing and update staff handbooks.
  • Assist in staff performance appraisal projects for both local and regional offices.
  • Coordinate training activities/SDF claims and any other Government benefit schemes administration
  • Assist in Insurance / Medical yearly renewal
  • Assist in facilitating training and recommend training programs.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation for foreign employees.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Develop and/or administer special projects in areas such as employee retention and recreation program and employee awards.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with statutory compliance
  • Knowledge in payroll processing and strong MS office applications
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with people of all levels in order to foster collaborative practices.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use a wide range of evidence from diverse sources to identify problems, understand them, and develop effective solutions.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and handle pressure well.
