Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
Handle payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave management
Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations
Drive HR initiatives in learning & development, engagement, and retention
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
At least 2-5 years of HR generalist experience
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
