Lead a small team of HR personnel overseeing daily HR operational matters.
Liaise with various departments (both internal and external) on recruitment needs
Ensure compliance of local employment laws
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of payroll
Handle insurance, employee health benefits and travel insurance claims and policy renewals
Review and update HR policies
Administer employee performance appraisals
Administer training nomination, registration and evaluation for employees
Requirement:
Min 2 years of HR supervisory experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local employment law
