The HR Generalist is responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authoritiesQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Human Resources / Related
• 4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.

As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for the following:

• End to end Recruitment
• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, payroll slips, and warning letters
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
• Maintaining digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
• Collaborating with upper management for planning, budgeting, and benefit proposals
• Evaluating employee performance
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
• Other tasked may be assigned
