Job descriptionRoles and Responsibility-Hire staff (production staff, office staff, electronic technician, drivers) within the required timeline-Track attendance and prepare weekly/bi-monthly payroll Prepare SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig filings and payment-Conduct regular performance evaluation of employees, and provide feedback to employees based on their performance-Create incentive schemes to motivate employees to perform well Plan annual office outings and Christmas party-Creates and facilitates training modules based on employees' training needs Keep track of employee adherence to company rules and regulations, and issue memo if required-Ensure company is adherent to DOLE policies Ensures all records are properly file and mantained and updated in a timely mannerQualification-Previous HR experience is a huge advantage, preferably familiar with hiring staff from the Meycauayan area-Graduate of any 4 year course-Must pay attention to detail, and is honest and trustworthy-With good communication skills (written & verbal)-Can handle different types of employeesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php570.00 - Php600.00 per dayBenefits:
