Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Records:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records;
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately;
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
  • Ensures correctness of the disciplinary action issued to all employees;
  • Ensures company rules, regulations and policies are cascaded and followed diligently;
  • Implements corrective actions on erring parties;
  • Conducts investigations on incident reports;
  • Monitors the security and integrity of working environment for all employees;
  • Enforces of culture, vision and change management as directed;
  • Policies and Procedure;
  • Compliance to DOLE rules and regulations;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Timekeeping and Payroll (Must be knowledgeable to the following):
  • Generate employee logs and prepare timesheet every cut off for payroll processing;
  • Monitor and prepare items for salary deduction to employees;
  • Processing of loans and claims (SSS/PHILHEALTH and HDMF);
  • Prepares monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits;
  • Computation of company incentives and benefits;
  • Benefits Administration;
  • Attendance , Payroll and Timekeeping.
Onboarding, Attendance and Review:
  • Orientation and guidance of newly hired employees;
  • Preparation of 201 file of the employee;
  • Assist recruitment in handling various tasks regarding probationary hire;
  • Monitoring of attendance, leaves and absences of employee;
  • Coordination and review with supervisor of new hire for evaluation, improvements and recommendation;
  • Carry out the recruitment process from paper screening, testing, and behavioral interviewing to pre-selecting of employees for final interviews.;

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
  • At least 3 years of work experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Knowledgeable in various facets of HR, including end to end recruitment and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, training, payroll administration, labor relations;
  • REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be computer proficient (MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint), has keen eye for details, above average English communications skills (written and verbal);
  • Must have a strong interpersonal relations, flexible, patient and willing to work in extended hours to attend to important company programs;
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
