Job Scope:
- Support the HR manager in full spectrum of HR and administration, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll processing, company HR policy and initiatives implementation
- Work closely with the hiring managers and support their recruitment needs. To plan and source for suitable candidates through appropriate platforms.
- Support the learning and development needs of staff, including sourcing of programs, course registration and grants application.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and resigned employee off-boarding process.
- Manage pass applications, renewal and cancellation.
- Manage monthly payroll administration and staff expense claim processing.
- Prepare of HR letters (Employment Contracts, Annual Increment, Promotion, etc)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Able to start work immediately/ on short notice.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resource/ Recruitment experience.
