Provides day-to-day coaching on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and system application with utilization/improving IT Tool (i.e. FAQ system
The person shall make good relationship and work closely with Japanese Head Office for execute the HR initiative and ensure smooth implementation
Support administrative task of HQ HR related matters
Any others ad-hoc project as assigned and HR improvement projects
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Human Resources, any of the Social Sciences
Has good interpersonal skills, is cooperative and supportive of people, has the capacity to empathize and possesses good communication skills
Proactively consider/create/indicate improvement way of work process from a standpoint of the productivity and efficiency in the organization
Meticulous and organized
IT Savvy and good PC skills (especially Excel)
Tech-savvy
