Leading organisation in the technology sector is looking for a HR Generalist, up to SGD5,500/month.
Your new company
A growing market leader is currently looking for a HR Generalist to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
Your new role
You will be part of the HR team as a HR Generalist looking after end-to-end employee life cycle, HR operations, learning & development needs, succession planning as well as talent management. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation. Additionally, you will be given opportunities to work on exciting regional HR projects that the company initiates.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Strong HR operations and business partnering experiences
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and line managers in a fast pace environment
- Support learning and development initiatives and execution of employee engagement initiatives
- Ideally be fluent in Mandarin as you will be speaking and managing with Chinese market clients and businesses.
