We build and manage automated trading algorithms and related systems to trade financial products such as stocks, futures, and options in the financial markets in the world. They are looking for an HR Generalist (People & Culture Specialist) to join their dynamic team. What you will be doing - People Ops Payroll, employee record keeping, benefits administration, and other people operations. - Performance Management We are creating a performance management procedure from the ground up. As a result, your role is to assist the P&C (People & Culture) Manager in tracking, encouraging, and training employees in order to conduct performance management. - Employee engagement We want to engage our employees so that we can work in a pleasant environment. In order to accomplish this, you and P&C Manager will collaborate. Here, we require your creativity. (For example, compensation and benefits, employee activity, communication, and staying current on the latest HR trends and best practices.) - Setting up the boundaries Working closely with the P&C (People & Culture) Manager to establish company guidelines (e.g. Employee handbook, Poster, code of conduct, Disciplinary actions, and more.) Requirement What they are looking for - Possess Bachelor's degree. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Logical & Persuasive). - Experience in Payroll - Empathetic and willing to help others. - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. - Knowledge of Singapore Labor law (Singapore Employment Act) Advantages to have: - Korean Language skill - PHR or HR-related certification. - Business administration/Software Engineering/Computer Science or another related diploma. - Excellent record-keeping skills. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Experience in HRIS - Experience in Company Policy creation, rollout, operation - Experience in 360 Performance management facilitation - Experience in eNPS survey and improvement plan Working Hour 9:00 18:00 Benefit What they are offering - Annual Leave: 15 Days - Medical Leave - Medical Insurance - Profit sharing Bonus - Meal allowance
