This role as our HR Generalist will play a vital part in the foundations of Kopifellas. He/ She will have the opportunity to carry out the core functions in Human Resource. As we are expanding, this candidate will report to HRBP, handle full spectrums of HR functions, as well as embark on new implementations of HR initiatives. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full spectrum of HR Generalist duties: Recruitment (Posting, screening and hiring) Onboarding and Offboarding in system Handle Employee Grievances Training and development Compensation and benefits Ensure compliance in employment laws and practices Host & Plan Events for Employees (Engagement) Liaise with HR Lead for data submissions, ensure data integrity Assist to draft documentation of HR processes and practices Able to handle sensitive and confidential information Other ad-hoc duties What you can expect Process payroll and overtime calculation via our HR system Draft Employment Contracts, Confirmation Letters, manage employee welfare, and handle staff Medical Review for Work Pass renewal, WP applications, onboarding/offboarding, trainings, etc. Work with Operation/Outlet managers to manage manpower planning, job postings, interviewing of candidates, and monitor probation period of new staff Host and plan events for employees, as well as handle employee grievances Draft HR processes, SOPS and practices Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information Spearhead annual performance review, work closely with HRBP and Director on new HR initiatives such as digitalization - both and execution Full-scope of HR Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management discipline, or its equivalent Min. 2-5 years of relevant working experience in areas of HR operations. Prior experience in F&B industry is an added advantage Prior experience in Recruitment is an added advantage Good knowledge of government legislations, Singapore Labour Registration, and fair employment practices, etc. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and staff Able to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative, is meticulous, and has a high level of integrity Demonstrates ability to work independently and in a team Resourceful, pleasant, and has a positive can-do attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Other Details Office: Oxley Bizhub, 61 Ubi Rd 1, #03-05, Singapore 408727 (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng) Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday #Be the reason our fellas smile today.
