HR Generalist Bangkok Bank Singapore is a full licensed bank operating in Singapore since 1957. We provide a wide range of wholesale and consumer banking and financial services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We have an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified individual to join us as:

HR Generalist The successful candidate will assist the Head of Human Resources to provide the full spectrum of HR services to the business, including performance management, succession planning and learning & development and with specific focus on payroll processing and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the full range of human resources support, consultation and advice including but not limited to resourcing, performance management, succession planning, HR policies review and implementation, payroll processing, compensation and benefits and learning and development.
• Work closely with line managers to promote a positive work environment and to generate ideas and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Ensure the compliance of all HR processes with both internal policies and regulatory and government requirements.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 HR experience, preferably in the banking industry.
• Demonstrates sound working knowledge of the full range of human resources functions.
• Knowledge of the PayMaster payroll system will be an advantage.
• Strong client focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and have a flexible approach.
• A good team player as well as one who is able to work with minimum supervision.
