To assist in the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions in recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, employee engagement & retention.
Other matters such as work pass, submission of forms, administering leaves, medical, dental, etc
Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
Perform general office administrative duties such as stationery/pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment or facilities.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree holder with experience in HR or Administration
Training will be provided if no experience
Candidates who can commence within short notice are preferred.
