Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates
Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract talent
Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications
Support the team in internal engagement events
Assist in preparing communication materials for internal communication channels
Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required
Requirements
Students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent field
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving
Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
