Human Resource Intern
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team at NatSteel. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to work closely with the HR team on daily tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR BP in collating updated job descriptions of employees
- Assist with the recruitment process for production workers
- Assist HR BP in conducting exit interviews for production workers
- Assist L&D in updating and maintaining competencies of employees
- Assist with training administration and support the Learning & Development (L&D) team
- Help prepare materials and translate documents to Chinese version when required
- Assist in conducting employees' event such as employees' town hall and bursary event
- Perform ad-hoc HR duties or projects assigned by supervisor
