Recruitment:

• Create and manage job postings on job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.

Employer Branding:

• Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.

Learning & Development (L&D):

• Gain insights into the preparation and delivery of training programs.
• Assist in preparing and conducting training sessions.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
