The HR intern\'s responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents, accordingly, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • A strong self-starter with good initiative and a hands-on attitude to get task completed.
  • Assist in recruitment function from posting the job advertisement, screening candidates, interview arrangement and preparing Letter of Appointment.
  • Provide people data analytics support when in need
  • Improve employee experience by helping organize engagement activities
  • Supporting Employees and Management by driving, planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HR guidelines, procedures and guidelines across the full spectrum of HR
  • Assist with daily HR activities like recruiting, onboarding, documentation, transfers, employee development etc.
  • Continuous improvement of HR systems and policies
  • Ensuring training is implemented to ensure all necessary certificates are obtained by the company under full compliance of regulations
  • Manage Office services and maintenance
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace. Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed
  • Any HR and admin ad-hoc duties
Job Skills
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma/Postgraduate (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management
  • Able to complete min. 6 months internship.
