On behalf of one of its clients, in the Education field, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Human Resources Learning & Develoment Intern.Join as an HR Intern, Learning & Development - Starting January 2025 (6-month internship)Make a good start in your HR career with an impactful role!We offer a dynamic, open-minded, multicultural, and collaborative environment where you will play an essential role as the HR go-to person for our internal staff. You will be managed by an HR Business Partner, focusing on Learning and Development projects.What You Can Expect:

  • Learn HR best practices under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.
  • Gain experience in various fields like training, recruiting, and talent management.
  • Enhance your project management skills.
  • Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as Marketing & Communications, Admissions, and Corporate Relationships.
Main Responsibilities:Learning & Development Goal:To build better employee experiences and career paths by providing tailored learning opportunities and simplifying processes.You will help the HR team and line managers to:
  • Formalize the training catalogue for 2024-2025 (internal and external courses).
  • Optimize the training application, validation process, and tools.
  • Improve data collection and utilization processes.
  • Define training KPIs to measure efficiency and progression.
  • Set up a training feedback collection process.
  • Identify new training needs and suppliers.
  • Manage partnerships and contracts with training providers.
  • Prepare training reports and update training files.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to improve the training digital platform.
Other Responsibilities:Recruiting Goal:To create meaningful candidate and new joiner experiences through qualitative interviews, candidate follow-up, and customized onboarding processes.You will help the HR team and hiring managers to:
  • Fine-tune hiring needs.
  • Write engaging job descriptions.
  • Build the employer branding both locally and internationally (e.g., participation in job fairs, networking events).
  • Shortlist profiles and coordinate interview processes.
  • Conduct interviews and identify the right talents.
  • Keep candidates informed, provide regular qualitative feedback, and follow up.
  • Manage offer discussions and contract preparation.
  • Follow up on offer statuses with hiring managers.
  • Launch onboarding processes.
  • Support the organization of onboarding days and events.
Other Projects:
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new HRMS (Workday).
  • Assist with the change management roadmap: information sharing, communication, coordination, and user adoption.
  • Prepare training materials, formats, and sessions.
Who We\'re Looking For:
  • You are pursuing a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR, Business, or Management.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are a good team player.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and organized.
Working Conditions:
  • 6-month internship starting January 2025.
  • 42 hours/week.
