In Singapore, we currently operate
3 stores (JEM, Tiong Bahru Plaza, and Bedok Mall)

. To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a
HR Intern/ HR Officer (Contract)
to join our team:
1. Talent Acquisition
Involved in every aspect of talent acquisition operations. This includes posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms, screening resumes, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, reporting on ongoing recruitment activities and involve in physical and virtual recruitment activities.
2. Employer Branding
Primary responsibility will be to promote KK as the employer of choice within the retail industry. Utilizing social media platforms to integrate talent acquisition advertisements and employee-related content to enhance KK's employer branding.
3. Employee Experience
Establish and manage feedback mechanisms, implementing surveys and feedback channels to understand employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Leveraging insights gathered from employee feedback, you will make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to KK's recognition.
4. Human Administration
Assist HR to filling employee p-file and onboarding documents, and check employee /part-time attendance.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma or currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to commit a minimum of 3 months duration and start in October 2025
