About the Role
We are looking for an HR Intern to support our HRBP team in talent market research for AI Agent business unit, with a focus on Multimodal Model, reinforcement learning, and top-tier academic research. This role will be responsible for mapping talent pools, summarizing academic research trends, and building a database for internal team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
talent market mapping
in Singapore and globally for AI researchers (multi-modal, reinforcement learning, AI Agent related). Track and summarizetop AI/ML publications
(e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, ACL) and highlight potential talent contributors. Assist HR team in preparingtalent insights reports
for leadership. Support recruitment branding initiatives by highlighting Singapore's AI research ecosystem. Support HR day-to-day operations when required.Requirements
Able to commit to a full-time internship for a period of
3 months
. Currently pursuing aBachelor/Master degree
in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field in local University.Strong research skills
with ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights. Strong interest inAI/tech talent ecosystem
, with ability to read and summarize academic research. Detail-oriented, good at market analysis, and organizing information. * Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/Lark; familiar with LinkedIn, Google Scholar, ResearchGate is a plus.
