? Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting for OD and Talent Management initiatives
Document & Record Management: upkeep and maintain all files, project work and documentation in the P&S (HR) shared drive.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Coordinate and manage Top Employer project
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities (e.g., townhall, wellness programs, team-building events, recognition initiatives).
Support the development of surveys and feedback tools to measure engagement and systems thinking progress
?? Communication/EDM
Draft and schedule internal communication emails, newsletters, and announcements.
Help design content for system thinking activities
Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including calendar invites, room bookings, and logistics with both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Event Planning
Support the planning and execution of events
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders as needed
Any other adhoc job task as and when assigned by your direct supervisor.
Requirements:
Able to capture instructions clearly and clarify when in doubt
Able to communicate your "train-of-thoughts" clearly
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT)
