The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in the HR operations.


Responsibilities:

Support onboarding and offboarding administrations Monitor and process new hire confirmation Administer employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etc Generate employee letters e.g. employment certification letter, visa or PR applications etc. Prepare and maintain employees' personnel files Attend to HR related queries from employees Compile data for reports or surveys as and when assigned Participate in HR projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Good multitasking and organizational skills Independent, proactive and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy Able to commit to a 6 months internship
