HR Intern (Shared Services)

The HR intern will support the HR Shared Services team across various tasks relating to HR operations in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding and offboarding process
• Monitor and process new hire confirmation
• Generate employee letters such as employment certification letter and PR letters
• Create, maintain and update records in HR system and files, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data
• Identifying areas for process improvement within HR Shared Services and helping to implement solutions that improve efficiency
• Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management
• Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in RPA software (UiPath/Power BI) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
• Possess good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated learner
• Able to commit to 6 months internship
