About our group:
Seagate's Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic and collaborative function within the HR organization, responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the business. We partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions that support business growth and workforce planning. Our team is committed to continuous improvement, candidate experience, and building a high-performance workforce.
About the role - you will:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruitment, etc.).
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and universities outreach.
• Contribute to talent pipeline projects and diversity hiring efforts.
• Engage in special projects such as process improvement, candidate experience audits, or recruitment marketing.
• Shadow and learn from experienced recruiters, gaining exposure to interview techniques, assessment methods, and offer management.
• Support onboarding activities and Manufacturing Specialist new hire orientation sessions.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects to broaden your HR knowledge.

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
• Interest in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Location:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate's founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
