Internship period: Mid Dec 2025 to end June 2026

As an HR Intern, you will support and streamline core HR processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and efficient people operations. You will assist with onboarding, training coordination, and key HR initiatives such as benefits and performance management. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do

Provide support in development and execution of training programs for employees in Singapore
Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Assist with the administration of HR initiatives, including benefits, compensation, and performance management
Provide support for HR-related events, such as job fairs, employee engagement activities.

What you bring

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
