Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to screening & selection of talents, to making of final offer
Providing professional consultation on employment market and practices to clients and candidates
Liaising with advertising agencies to put up recruitment positions for clients
Relationship management; you will be highly skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including clients, talent, and internally.
Requirements:
At least Diploma / Degree in relevant course
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Candidate without prior experience can be consider as training provided
Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
Open to new knowledge and carry a willingness to learn and adapt
